Company Guarantee Letter or Insurance Medical Card

We are pleased to reassure you that Tropicana Medical Centre is well accepted by most insurance companies and corporations. Before admission, please present your valid Medical or Insurance Card. If unavailable, please provide details of your insurance policy for verification purposes.

Approval time from the insurance company or company may take 1-3 hours. The decision of coverage by the insurance is non-negotiable.

To expedite your admission process, you may be advised to place a deposit first and submit an appeal to the insurance company later. Appeals should be submitted to the insurance company or agent. It is important to first consult your doctor on whether your required treatment is covered by insurance.

Refunds

Cash refunds below RM300 will be disbursed immediately upon discharge. Cash and credit card refunds above RM300 will take fourteen (14) days to be processed.

What to expect

  • You will need to present identification documents such as your identification card, passport, medical card and referral letter (if available).
  • All patients will undergo the Triage process, where their condition is quickly assessed for urgency. The most critical cases will be given first priority for immediate treatment.
  • Further investigations and tests will be done if necessary. If the condition is not urgent, you will be given appropriate treatment and prescription before being discharged. (Need to be admitted?)
  • If your condition is serious, you will be admitted for further tests, treatment and monitoring. If necessary, you will be referred to a specialist for your condition.
